A little bit about me…

Through my active involvement with organizations like Asians In Advertising, I am dedicated to advancing equity and justice for marginalized communities. My focus is on advocating for their increased presence in leadership roles, ensuring that their voices and perspectives are not only heard but also valued.

My overarching objective is to transform the creative industry into a more diverse and inclusive space, fostering an environment where individuals from underrepresented groups can not only survive but thrive, finding authentic representation in the narratives we weave. Through collaborative efforts and mutual support, there is the power to generate equal opportunities for every individual to flourish in this dynamic industry.

I invite you to join me on this transformative journey to redefine and reimagine leadership, forging a more equitable society where everyone has the opportunity to realize their full potential. Together, let's work towards making a meaningful impact and crafting a brighter, more inclusive future for all.
