My name is Senna Bayasgalan (she/her). I’m a global branding, marketing, and communications expert with a passion for building a more equitable world and helping people realize their potential.

With over 15 years of experience in marketing, branding, and communications leadership, I guide brands toward purpose-driven horizons. My career journey spans media, nonprofits, consulting, government contracting, recruiting, and tech, focusing on Digital Marketing, Branding, Marketing & Comms Strategy, Growth, and Employer Branding.

My mission? Building beautiful brands with diverse, inclusive teams that foster authentic, innovative connections, add value to the world, and drive meaningful change.

Beyond work, I thrive on promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within my company and community. I'm dedicated to advocating for social justice, women's empowerment, and gender equality, while elevating underrepresented groups into higher leadership roles.

As a founding board member and Head of Partnerships & Programs of Asians in Advertising, I support 6000+ members across 30 countries. I'm an official mentor for APIA Scholars, Women Who Create, Asians In Advertising, and 3AF. Plus, I facilitate #IAmRemarkable by Google, empowering women and underrepresented groups to celebrate their achievements.
